Glasgow Rens Basketball Club is growing – and we’re looking for passionate volunteer coaches to join our team! Whether you’re an experienced coach or just starting your journey, we’ll support you to develop your skills and make a real difference to young players.
As a Rens coach, you’ll have the chance to work alongside Joshua Tackie, one of Scotland’s top player development coaches, and be part of an ambitious, welcoming club that believes basketball is for everyone.

U18 Local League Coach
Glasgow Rens Basketball Club is looking for an experienced coach to lead our U18 Local League team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented young players, help them develop their game, and compete at the local league level.

U12/U14 Participation Coordinator
Glasgow Rens Basketball Club is
looking for a dedicated volunteer to lead and grow participation for our U12 and U14 squads and organise Jr NBA sessions. This role is about creating a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment where players of all abilities can thrive.
Commitment:

Tuesdays 5.30 to 7 pm

Assistant Coaches
Glasgow Rens Basketball Club is looking for enthusiastic assistant coaches to support our growing teams across all age groups. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about basketball – whether you’re an experienced coach, a player looking to give back, or a young person working towards a coaching qualification and needing volunteer hours.
